Apr 13 SO, THIS IS 36...AND KINDA BIG NEWS!

Happy birthday to me! And happy day of giving birth to my sweet momma! I'm pretty sure my 35th year flew by faster than any other yet...is that how getting older works?! Times flies faster???

Regardless, what better day than my birthday to make a big exciting announcement! Drum roll please......I've been keeping this secret for a a few weeks now and I'm finally able to shout it from the rooftops:

****WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!****

Phew. I said it. We did it. We found it. THE one! [insert a crazy-happy-excited-spastic-balls-to-the-wall celebratory dance.]

I'll definitely be sharing lots and lots of details soon, as mood boards are created, design decisions are pondered and made, and progress shots are captured. For now, here are the details:

We are building a house in a new construction community.
We're scheduled to move in January/February of 2018!
The boys are excited to have a playroom and currently think that's where they'll sleep, and we're excited to have a bonus room to chill, watch a movie, and share a cocktail!
I may be the most excited about the kitchen, with the upstairs laundry room coming in at a close second!

We cannot wait to make memories in the new digs and watch our boys grow-up in this home. I'm so excited to take you on this journey with us! I've got tons of designs to run by ya, so sit back, relax, and get comfy!
