A BUDGET FRIENDLY ENTRYWAY

Incase I haven't said it aloud, I love mood boards! They allow me to dream, mix and match styles, and create beautiful iterations of a single room and all its possibilities for my clients to envision. I never tire of sourcing new, unique items and always like to start my e-design projects with some solid mood boarding (yes, I've made it into a verb) of said items.

I typically begin with an inspiration piece -- whether it's a single piece of furniture or a small accessory. In the case of these entryway project, I found the most amazing rattan mirror at an unbelievable price point ($63.99!) and decided to design around it.

In my opinion, every entry should be good looking AND functional, so ideally you've gotta have a place to sit and put on your shoes, a hook to hang your bag, a table of some sort to lay your keys or wallet, and fresh greenery is always an added plus!
