CONSOLE TABLES ON THE BRAIN
Howdy! Miss me? Life got so busy last week! From a family Disney weekend, to Milo's actual birthday, a handful of subsequent birthday celebrations, a trip to the ER for little Leo after a scary 104.4 fever situation (thank goodness he's fine now!), to all the other nuances that take up those precious hours, minutes, and seconds. You all know how it goes!
Anyway, I'm happy to be back at the keyboard typing away. There are so many exciting things happening at Shira Bess Interiors that I don't even know where to begin! A couple of really beautiful E-Design projects were just completed and a few more are in the early stages of development....I've also recently received updates from past E-Design clients on rooms that are near completion and, hopefully, I'll have some pictures and details to share on those soon!
In the meantime, I've got console tables on the brain! That's right. Console Tables! That piece of furniture that you sometimes forget about but completes a room like nobodies business. That piece that gives you a place to rest your keys, house a lamp, display your books, picture frames, and other tchotchkes. Arguably the most functional and essential accent piece you could and should own. From entry to dining room, family room to hallway, a console table can literally go ANYWHERE!

Take this gorgeous wood and bone inlay console for example. Doesn't it have my name written ALL OVER IT! It's been in my shopping cart for months, maybe even a year, and I'm so ready to bite the bullet and purchase this beauty. I mean, we already own the vase and juju hat, and I've always got a fresh stock of monstera leaves on hand, so might as well buy the console, right?! Seems logical to me. ;)
