Hope you all had a very lovely July 4th week and were able to have some summertime fun with the ones you love! I'm currently enjoying quality time with my family in our favorite place, Kennebunkport, Maine. Have you all been before?

Maine is a state we've been vacationing in as a family since I was a little girl, and clearly the coastal environment has inspired me over the years! Being directly on the water, chilling out in beautiful weather, strolling around town and oohing and awwing over the gorgeous New England architecture holds a very special place in my heart. And let me tell you, Maine does stripes right! From striped awnings and umbrellas, to door mats and towels, I've been in stripe heaven all week long!

If you know me at all you know I LOVE stripes. I'm either wearing them or designing with them, and it's a fact (in my world) that you can never own too many. They're classic, modern, and add a bit of patterned fun to any space! 

And unlike other patterns, stripes are hard to get tired of, easy on the eyes, and will never go out of style! Neutral or bold, there's a stripe out there for everyone.
