I've been toying with the idea of upgrading our current dining chairs to something more, shall we say, impactful. Don't get me wrong, I love the white, sleek, kid-friendly, mid-century modern vibe of our current chairs, but we've had them for a few years now and I've been itching for a change. I've been trying to wait until we purchase our next house (whenever we find THE ONE!), but I'm jonesing for something new (and I'm self-admittedly a really impatient home decorator!).

So with all of this said, I'm on the hunt for a chair that is comfortable on the tush (key!), kid-friendly (aka wipeable, hose-able, and/or stain-resistant!), semi-affordable (although I tend to gravitate towards the pricier option without fail!), good-looking (no brainer), and somewhat unique (I'd rather not get the chair everyone already owns).

These dining spaces are really speaking to me....

I'm not so sure the Mister would be thrilled if I went out and purchased new dining chairs today, and since the voice of reason inside of me knows waiting until we move into our next home is the most practical (and sane!) stance to take, I'll just be lusting over these TWELVE (all on my list) for the time being....
